Victoria Barrett
Founder and Director
Victoria Barrett, Co-founder of the Petaluma Wellness Arts Center, brings over 25 years of experience as a California State-certified massage therapist and licensed esthetician. Specializing in transformative bodywork and natural beauty services, she offers therapeutic massage, Abdominal therapy, holistic skin care, and replenishing body treatments. Victoria's expertise, rooted in extensive education and technical training, covers various modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic/structural massage, Pre and Postnatal massage, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular therapy, Hot Stone, Hawaiian lomi-lomi, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, and energy work. Certified in The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, she is also an instructor in this field. Victoria's life mission is to integrate her body knowledge to guide others toward their highest well-being, and each massage session includes complimentary hot stones and essential oils. Marc Weiner, D.C.
Holistic Chiropractor
Dr. Marc's philosophy of practice is highly holistic, viewing the body as a complete organism and considering all its components, including muscles and bones. He prioritizes spending additional time with his patients, typically 30 to 50 minutes per session, allowing him to tailor treatment plans to each individual's unique needs. Dr. Marc's approach to chiropractic care is gentle yet comprehensive, ensuring thorough care for his patients.
His commitment to patient well-being extends beyond the office, as he assists them in implementing healthful strategies such as at-home stretches and exercises, nutritional counseling, and evaluating work, play, and general life habits.
With over 20 years of experience practicing in Marin County, Dr. Marc recently expanded his practice to Petaluma. He graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California in 1996 and obtained certification in cranial sacral therapy in 2004. Jennifer is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist who received her Master of Science degree from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco and has had an active practice in Petaluma since 2001.

A native of Sonoma County, Gianna spent formative years growing up in Maui, Hawaii. In 2009 she graduated from Vintage Academy of Hair Design in Napa, CA as a Cosmetologist.
Gianna’s incredible skills, calming presence, and well rounded knowledge base of holistic skin care products has proven to make her a highly sought after esthetician who provides exceptional skin care services that result in profound skin health and rejuvenation. She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best, and we are thrilled to have her at our center.

Alexis Richardson L.Ac.
Facial Acupuncturist and Microneedling Specialist
Alexis Richardson, a licensed acupuncturist, has been dedicated to the healing arts since 2005, initially practicing massage therapy and then moving to acupuncture and herbal medicine. She earned her Master’s Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (now known as the Pacific College of Health and Science).
At the Petaluma Wellness Arts Center, Alexis is excited to bring a new offering to Petaluma practicing facial rejuvenation techniques, such as facial acupuncture and microneedling. Her approach integrates Eastern medicine practices such as adaptogenic botanicals, constitutional balancing acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping into her treatments, providing a holistic experience.
Apart from her role at the Petaluma Wellness Art Center, Alexis serves as an acupuncturist at Coastal Health Alliance in Point Reyes Station & Bolinas. Additionally, she is the founder of West Marin Acupuncture Collective, a non-profit community clinic offering accessible and affordable acupuncture services in Point Reyes Station.

Steven Encinas is a shamanic practitioner, and hypnotherapist specializing in clearing blockages, helping shift unhealthy life patterns, helping individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves and gifts. Director of Communications
Chrystal is a creative marketing maven with a swath of experience working as a copywriter, graphic designer, and arts educator. Her experience is rooted in the arts and education, working with grassroots collectives toward social justice and change. She has decades of experience producing grassroots arts and politically oriented events, and the graphic design and marketing oriented collateral that relate. Chrystal has spent her adult life working in collectives and businesses, using and developing a comprehensive skill-set that includes communications, social media strategizing, graphic design, media production, copywriting, education and more.
In her other life, Chrystal runs a magical jewelry business www.chrystalsunshinejewelry.com, loves hiking with her wild dog, spending time with her son and writing. Lea Bett
Director of Operations
Lea Bett brings us over a decade of experience as a Business Owner and Brand Strategist as well as extensive experience in Operations Management specifically for small, women run businesses. She is currently training to become a Certified Somatic Coach and has been facilitating a Meditation & Movement practice for over 20 years. Lea moved to Petaluma from Denver in 2018 with her husband, son and dog. She is grateful to be living near the ocean.
